These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nutty Audiobooks website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, streaming content, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a way that harms the Service or other users.
Nutty Audiobooks offers a free library that streams without a credit card, along with a paid membership that unlocks premium titles, early access to new parts, and offline downloads. Membership pricing, benefits, and availability are described on our membership page and may change over time.
Memberships are billed through our third-party providers (such as Ko-fi or Patreon). Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled according to the terms of those providers. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Downloads and offline access are provided for your personal use only while your membership is active.

Your profile picture, banner, display name, bio, colours and favourites are visible to everyone. Keep them free of sexual or graphic content, hate, harassment, spam and scam links, other people's personal information, and anything that pretends to be Nutty Audiobooks staff or another person. Anyone can report a profile. We may remove anything that breaks these rules, take back badges that were not fairly earned, and stop an account from changing its profile.
Audiobooks, recordings, text, artwork, logos, and software available through the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws and are owned by Nutty Audiobooks or its content partners and creators. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content for your own non-commercial enjoyment. No other rights are granted.
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect everyone who uses the Service to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Policy for how to submit a notice.
Creators who submit or upload works to the Service are solely responsible for the material they provide. By submitting content, a creator represents and warrants that they own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions, and that their content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party. Creators agree to our Creator Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutty Audiobooks and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
