Koyomi Araragi, a high schooler who briefly becomes a vampire, as he helps classmates and friends afflicted by supernatural "oddities" (or apparitions). Set in a dialogue-driven, psychological, and often surreal world, he works with specialist Meme Oshino to resolve these afflictions, which are usually physical manifestations of the girls' personal psychological traumas.
